Our Team
A highly experienced professional with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 30 years of operational expertise across a diverse range of industries, including FMCG, Airport, Warehousing, Powerplant, Institutional, Industrial, Chemical, Garment, and Process Plant. Mr. Gomez has successfully completed numerous projects within stipulated timelines and budgets.
Mr. Gomez leads our Design team, advocating for a minimalistic design approach, cost-effectiveness, and structural stability. His comprehensive knowledge of both traditional methods and the latest technology has also been instrumental in overseeing fabrication and erection processes.
Manoj Stephen, an MBM graduate and veteran banker with 23 years of distinguished experience, brings deep expertise in project finance management. His extensive hands-on experience in evaluating business viability and profitability provides invaluable insight that strengthens our strategic and operational capabilities.
Beyond his financial acumen, Manoj is renowned for his exceptional ability to build, nurture, and sustain professional relationships.
